Dispatch Lattice Accord

How packets leave New Delhi and reach your plot.

Seeds ship in moisture-barrier pouches subject to stock availability and courier serviceability across India.

1. Packaging

Seeds ship in moisture-barrier pouches inside an outer mailer sized for courier handling. SKU labels match the vault catalogue at packing time.

2. Service windows

• Prepaid orders: free standard shipping on eligible Indian PIN codes.
• COD: surcharge as shown at checkout (currently ₹49 where offered).
• Dispatch typically within 1–3 working days after confirmation, subject to stock.

3. Coverage & delays

Remote or restricted PIN codes may be unserviceable or delayed. Festival peaks and courier disruptions can extend transit times; tracking updates appear in Track & Support once a waybill is assigned.

4. Receiving duty

Inspect the outer pack on arrival. Note visible damage with the courier when possible and open a redress ticket promptly.
